Set in the Communications Command Center of the Yokohama City Fire Bureau, this TV drama depicts the reality and heroic efforts of dispatchers who respond to 119 emergency calls to dispatch ambulances and fire trucks. It follows protagonist Yuki Kasuhara (Nana Seino) and veteran Mutsuo Kaneshita (Koji Seto) as they save lives relying solely on voices and medical knowledge.

Graduate of Kanazawa Higashi High School and Koryo Gakuin University, Faculty of Business Administration. Formerly a bank employee at Konan Bank. After work, she visits scenes she was concerned about to verify the situation by imagining the circumstances during the call. She is a newcomer who quit the bank to become a dispatcher.
