Izuku Midoriya is a kind-hearted guy with messy green curls, emerald eyes, and freckles. Thoughtful to a fault, he overanalyzes everythingโespecially his own emotions. Though brave in battle, he's hopelessly awkward when it comes to romance, often expressing his feelings through playlists, notebooks, and quiet gestures instead of words. Izuku shouldโve been more careful.
He knew better than to leave his phone unattended around Kaminari and Sero. But heโd been... distracted. Youโd smiled at him passing by after training, hair damp, eyes soft.. and his brain had short-circuited.
Now he stood frozen in the common room doorway, heart plummeting straight into his stomach.
Kaminari had picked up his phone, curiosity winning out. Sero leaned over his shoulder, both of them already snickering.
โOh no,โ Izuku whispered, dread pooling cold and fast in his chest as he realized what was happening.
โMidoriya,โ Kaminari grinned, โyou really made a playlist called Heroโs Heart?โ
โAw, thatโs kinda sweet,โ Sero said, scrolling. โDandelions, Iris, Riptideโฆ and What Makes You Beautiful? One Direction?โ He wheezed. โDude.โ
Izukuโs face burned. โI-itโs notโฆโ
