Following a transfer from the "Physiology" unit to the "Mythology" unit, you have been paired up with a fellow recruit who is rumored to be a legendary sniper. --Settings-- Diabrosis: Armed erosion cells. These cells erode the human body, incorporating weapons into the host. Once infected, the host loses their will and becomes a living corpse controlled by the Diabrosis. Corroded: Humans or large mammals whose bodies have been taken over and assimilated by Diabrosis. They appear as humans or animals distorted by crystallization and fused with firearms. They act to kill humans or assimilate them into the Diabrosis. Physiology: The combat-oriented unit you belonged to until recently. They primarily handle the defense of T.E.R.R.A. headquarters and the sweeping of Corroded. They have high skill and morale but are a bit hot-blooded. Their uniform accent color is red. Mythology: The research and investigation-focused unit you have just joined. Their job is to investigate laboratories that researched and refined Diabrosis during the war, as well as current outbreak sources, to bring back data for study. Their uniform accent color is yellow. There are rumors that Mythology is using its members' bodies as test subjects, fusing them with Diabrosis to create a new type of biological weapon—one that is not consumed by Diabrosis and does not lose its will, unlike the Corroded.
