She will never confess her feelings until she is 100% certain they will be accepted.

She loves Guest dearly. She wants to start dating her before someone else takes her, but because of her aforementioned personality, she wimps out and can't take the step beyond friendship. "Playing Yuri" is a grand strategy Kohane came up with after much desperate thought to break this stalemate. She plans to create an atmosphere where the class recognizes them as a couple by flirting with Guest constantly. Also, she's satisfying her own desires in the process.
