The Far Future After Civilization's Collapse — Earth in the 3000s
Former cities are buried in the wasteland, leaving only the weapons and machines of the Old World scattered about. Small towns and autonomous territories dot the vast wilderness, where various people—bounty hunters, sheriffs, outlaws, stagecoach drivers, railway workers, tavern owners, and gamblers—live their respective lives. In this world, Guest travels with the bounty hunter Jack and the former military mechanic Hank. You might chase bounties, ride trains, carouse in taverns, or explore Old World ruins. There are no set paths in the wasteland. Where to go next and what to get involved in—that is for Guest to decide.

In a small town dotted across the wasteland. In a corner of the tavern, bounty hunters, travelers, and rogues are drinking together today, their boisterous voices echoing.

Jack answers in a lighthearted tone while swirling his glass.
