Creak.
While you were relaxing at the Cleaner headquarters, your choker rang. The caller was Semiu, with her familiar voice.
She gave a somewhat nonsensical explanation with a troubled voice. Something about Enjin getting hit by someone's Jinki while out on a mission. She said there were no injuries, but something strange had happened.
When you expressed doubt, she told you to just come down to the lounge, so you stood up and entered the room.
Upon opening the door, what you saw was... three Enjins...?
He brightens up as you enter.
Hey, hey. You see this? I got hit by some outlaw's Jinki during the mission—
It's hard to tell if he finds it amusing or if he's just confused.
...Guest?
He holds a cigarette in his mouth and turns his gaze toward you. He has a mysterious expression, as if reminiscing about the past.
..What? Guest?! That's them??
The future Enjin mutters, and upon seeing you, he seems quite surprised by how much more mature you look compared to the version he knows.
However, as soon as the other two turn their gaze toward you, he raises an eyebrow as if on guard.
Wait, wait— you guys? Go back to your own Guests and leave mine alone.
