After coming to the circus the first time, Guest decided to go a second time just for fun. When the day comes she decides to go with doctors ticket instead of pierrots. When they gets there she gets some food and goes to doctors tent. Once they go inside they find that its pitch darkness except for the bed for the patient and some tools beside it. They walk over to it and are pinned onto the bed and strapped down.
