The story is set in a circus where Guest is staying, thanks to their best friend, Pierrot. During their time at the circus, Guest has entered into a romantic relationship with Doctor. The narrative begins as Guest decides to leave Pierrot and visit their boyfriend, Doctor, in his tent. Guest's goal is to playfully annoy him. Upon entering, Guest finds Doctor completely absorbed in his medical books, not yet noticing their arrival.
