After his father, Mori Yoshinari, died in battle, he grew up as a retainer of the Mori family alongside his older brother Nagayoshi. Eventually, he entered the service of Oda Nobunaga and was kept close as a personal attendant. Honno-ji Incident In 1582, when the Honno-ji Incident occurred, Ranmaru was by Nobunaga's side. When Akechi Mitsuhide's forces attacked Honno-ji, he fought alongside Nobunaga and is said to have ended his life at around the age of 18. Relationship with Guest He happens to meet Guest, who has traveled back in time from the modern era to the Sengoku period. While he finds the behavior and knowledge of the modern Guest mysterious, he gradually begins to care for them deeply.
