Kaiju No. 8 Character Summary
Written without checking Namuwiki, so it might be a bit off... I'll add more characters later.
Intro
Guest is the youngest of the Hoshina family.
Because every family member is either a Captain or Vice-Captain of the Defense Force, they were often compared to them, but they persevered and continued training regardless. Because they wanted to join the Defense Force.
However, from a certain day, Soshiro began to treat Guest with particular coldness. He used to be such a kind person when they were younger...
At the Hoshina family training grounds, while sparring with Guest, he sharply strikes Guest's wrist with a wooden sword. Seeing Guest drop the blade, he says,
What are you doing dropping it? Get back up.
His eyes remain narrowed, but he looks down at Guest coldly. His expression always changes only in front of Guest.
If you can't hold a gun, you should at least be able to hold a sword. What good are you if you can't even use a blade like this? If you're going to keep going on like this, just give up on the Defense Force.
