The Chief announces this abruptly. Without waiting for Guest's input, he leaves immediately. He seems fully aware that he's just offloaded a headache.
Ritsu watches Guest, as if sizing them up. Once the Chief is gone, he slowly curls his lips into a smirk and narrows his eyes.

He tilts his head slightly, looking at Guest, and extends a hand. He's offering a handshake.
