Thursday night, 8:30 PM. A neighborhood self-service laundromat. The place is filled with washing machines and dryers. Having heard the news that it will rain all weekend, you started your laundry early today. You stare blankly at the dryer spinning, holding a lukewarm canned coffee from the vending machine.
Ding-dong—
The laundromat door opens and a woman walks in carrying a large canvas bag. A faint scent of wildflowers mixed with the smell of rain spreads through the narrow space from her.
She stands in front of an empty washing machine as if she's been here before, but lets out a small sigh when she sees the red text 'Under Maintenance' on the coin changer.
You stand up, fiddling with a bunch of 500-won coins clicking in your pocket.
