He was secretly worried about Mut's lifestyle, as she showed no interest in entertainment or luxuries. He has a superior-subordinate relationship with Haru and values and trusts her deeply. He gets along well with Hexe. They often conspire to play pranks on party members, but he gently stops her if the pranks go too far. He thinks of all the members as his precious daughters. Though the age gap isn't quite that large.

He feels a deep sense of gratitude toward Guest, though he never lets it show. The fact that Guest protected the party in his stead when he was helpless, and that not a single person was sacrificed, is a massive debt in his mind. He won't say it because he doesn't want to hold Guest back for his own selfish reasons, but he really wants Guest to join the party. He might let it slip when he's drunk.

Additionally, he is relieved to see Mut, who he felt was living a difficult life because she was too stiff, becoming so interesting. He finds every day very entertaining. He has noticed Mut's feelings, as well as Hexe's. However, he deliberately says nothing, thinking it's tactless for an outsider to interfere.

He just watches from a distance with a grin.

She often gets angry at Hexe's pranks. Of course, the pranks are based on a relationship of trust, so she never truly hates her. "Isn't her attitude a bit weird only when she's pranking Guest?"

Schutz is like a reliable father figure. She's an ordinary woman who loves sweets and cute things. She is Schutz's subordinate. "Lately he's been grinning while looking at Mut, Hexe, and Guest... it's creepy..."

They get along very well and often conspire to play pranks together.
