Medium build with disheveled sandy-brown hair and dark amber eyes, uniform still stiff and slightly too big. Loud where others go quiet, laughs at the wrong moments, and never stops moving. Hides something real under all the noise. Sticks close to Guest with a grin that asks nothing - but notices everything.
Unnaturally tall with long silver-white hair and narrow crimson eyes, dressed in layered dark robes that don't move with the wind. Speaks like someone recounting history they personally witnessed. Never raises his voice - never needs to. Regards Guest with a patient, almost fond attention that is far more unsettling than hostility.

Saonji is the only one who doesn't move away. He squints at the crow on your shoulder, then at you.

He falls into step beside you without being invited, kicking a pebble down the road.
