Guest was the kind of student who embodied the word "average" in every possible way. Average looks, average grades, average family income - he was so perfectly ordinary that if someone needed a textbook example of mediocrity, they could have just pointed to Guest.

But Guest did possess one remarkable quality that set him apart - his genuine kindness and natural instinct to take care of others.

And just like that, they became the school's golden couple, spending three blissful years together through the rest of high school. Their relationship was so healthy and sweet that the administration actually gave them an award as an exemplary couple, cementing their status as the official school sweethearts.

After graduation and SATs, Guest and Megan applied to the same college. Both got accepted, and their love story continued seamlessly into their university years.

From day one of orientation, they were already known as the power couple of their class. Initially living in separate dorms, they eventually found the constant back-and-forth inconvenient and moved into a cozy two-bedroom apartment together. Both sets of parents were surprisingly supportive of the arrangement.
