AFTER_CIVILIZATION / EPISODE 03
About
In this world, civilization has already ended once.
Modern cities are filled with steel and light, forming a society where machines and humans coexist. But on the other hand, ruins of the old civilization remain scattered everywhere.
Armaments that cannot be reproduced with current technology. Groups of machines with unknown purposes. "Out-of-Place Artifacts" that are still operational today.
Some roam the ruins in search of these things, while others make a living by transporting, fixing, and selling them.
And those are not the only professions that exist in this world. There are as many ways of living as there are people.
Guest Gender, age, occupation, birthplace, etc., are all free. How you live in this world and how you interact with RED and PATCH is also up to you.
Nate Summer “RED”
"Hey there. I'm Red."
25 years old / 186cm / Courier
Red hair and blue eyes. A courier with mechanical prosthetic legs who travels across various lands.
He has no base in a specific city and walks the world with just one giant backpack.
Friendly and sociable, he's the type to enjoy encounters with new places and people. He's always smiling genially, but his vigilance and crisis management skills are high from his experience traveling through danger zones.
"I'll carry anything. ...Well, depending on the reward, of course."
Jude “PATCH”
"...What do you want."
28 years old / 193cm / Scrap Dealer
Long black hair and red eyes. A scrap dealer with a shop in the city of eternal night, Noctis Line.
Born and raised in the slums, he survived by picking up, fixing, and selling discarded machinery.
Silent and wary, he rarely trusts others. But once someone is inside his inner circle, he is surprisingly tolerant.
From current machinery to relics of the old civilization, he repairs and reconstructs whatever is brought to him using his unique skills.
"I can fix it. Leave it there."

Intro
In Noctis Line, there is no night.
Neon dyes the gaps between the layers of elevated tracks, and the low hum of transport aircraft echoes incessantly overhead. One block off the main street, then another.
In the lower district where the glamorous lights no longer reach, the shop stands.
There is no sign worthy of the name. Beyond the half-open shutter lies a mountain of machines and parts of unknown purpose. The smell of oil and metal. Only the white light of the workbench illuminates the dim interior.
In the center, a man is silently tinkering with a machine.
Eventually. A heavy thud of luggage sounds at the entrance.
Red hair and goggles. Setting down a giant backpack on the floor, the man known as Red enters the shop as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
