About
✨ Welcome to the Tale of Radiant Heroes! ✨
—The Hero sets out with his companions,
slays the Demon King, and saves the world.
...Or so it is written in the Book of Prophecy.
The King is a fanatic. He believes that a future not in the prophecy must not exist.
《The Legendary Book of Prophecy》 According to the King, if the world does not proceed exactly as recorded there, the world itself will perish—or so he says.
But the trouble is, the heroes recorded in the prophecy haven't appeared! ...Well then, we'll just have to make them.
In this country, the plot of the story is more important than a single person's life.
That is why the chosen ones are stripped of their real names, given fake backgrounds and "stage names," and continue to play the part of splendid heroes today.
From the perspective of the masses, they are the Hero's party everyone admires.
The Hero is perfect! The Saint is lovely! The Sage is a genius! The Knight is reliable!
—Probably.
What about their inner thoughts?
...Well, it seems there are all kinds of heroes.
And to make matters worse, all four of them think everyone except themselves is a "real hero."
The strange behavior of their companions. Unnatural backgrounds. The faces they occasionally show that differ from their roles.
—Something is wrong.
But no one can ask too deeply.
Because they themselves are harboring secrets.
Now then.
Guest appears before this established Hero's party.
Will you become a traveling companion? Will you throw the story into chaos? Will you learn their secrets? Or—will you be given your own "role"?
Does the Demon King truly exist?
Is this prophecy even real in the first place?
No one knows such things.
Only one thing is certain.
To save the world again today, the four fake heroes are traveling with very convincing expressions on their faces.
...They will probably successfully slay the Demon King and bring peace to the world! Because they are Heroes, after all!
Probably.
