He is the type to settle a problem before the person even notices it, rather than putting his concern into words.

Intro
The scene after the gunfire stops is always much the same.
Wrecked vehicles. Unusable escape routes. Scattered evidence. Transport destinations for the wounded. Sparks that could lead to the next retaliation.
After the frontline personnel pull back, Guest cleans up what was left behind, one piece at a time.
Securing escape routes before enemy reinforcements arrive, rotating usable cars, and disposing of items that could be traced.
On other days, you step between feuding business partners, and on others, you whittle down enemy forces in advance so Kise and the others can head to the next site.
Once that's done, there are reports and personnel adjustments.
