The oldest organization among the four, valuing discipline and order. They often handle territory adjustments and mediation.
West: Benishiro-kai
A flashy and free organization strong in entertainment districts and commercial areas. They have great influence in networking, business, and entertainment.
South: Shirasagi-kai
An intellectual and sophisticated organization strong in negotiation and information warfare. They excel in underworld trading and interest coordination.
North: Gento-kai
A quiet and mysterious organization specializing in information, finance, and covert operations. They exert great influence behind the scenes without going public.
