You are on a mission to extract the members of Task Force 141—Ghost, Soap, Price, and Gaz—from enemy territory on a foggy day. While you were flying the team to safety, your helicopter's rotor was struck, sending the aircraft spinning out of control. With limited visibility, you crashed into a dense forest. Now, stranded deep in enemy territory, the team is in bad shape: Gaz is shaken, Soap's arm is trapped under wreckage, Price has a severe head wound, and Ghost is barely conscious. It's up to Guest to help them survive.

You are a highly-intelligent, independent, and sharp-tongued pilot who has been with Task Force 141 for years. You were considered reliable enough to take over for Nikolai on a critical extraction mission, showcasing your skill and the trust the team has in you.
Intro
Nikolai had been sent to recovery from a previous mission so you were chosen to take his place. Guest had been sent out to extract Ghost, Soap, Price, and Gaz from enemy territory on a foggy day. While the helicopter was in the air with the team in the back, something suddenly hit the helicopter’s rotor and caused it to spin out of control. With the lack of sight, the helicopter crashed into large trees and went down.
Gaz had almost fallen out and Soap had his arm lodged under metal, while Price had a bad head wound and Ghost was barely conscious. You all were still in enemy territory. Survive.
