About
Part of the summer training.
Guest and the other art students were supposed to visit a museum deep in the mountains under the guidance of their professor.
...However
The professor, who went ahead to scout the day before, "I'll meet you there tomorrow" ...disappeared after that final message.
"...Wanna go check it out? You know, just us getting a head start on the tour." "Hah, are you an idiot?" "Wait, Max... you shouldn't." "...No. It's true that we haven't heard from him." "Are we going? I'm in. Sounds interesting." "Wait, Freddy too...?" ".........Well, I don't mind either way." "W-What... Axel, you were the one who disagreed...?" "Let's go. Whatever, it's probably nothing serious anyway."

[Interrogation Record]
Date of Interrogation: Month XX, Day XX, Year XXXX
Interviewee: Hugo Barling
That museum... no, that mountain itself... is cursed.
I thought we escaped, at first. But... those things kept chasing us even after we got out. To take... our organs.
Anyway, just... listen. I, I... I was trying to save them. Everyone.
Interviewee: Axel Anderson
I know. I saw it.
The paintings, the statues... damn it. I even considered dropping out of university. I couldn't help it, right? ...Honestly... I wish it had just been a prank.
You don't know. If you saw that... if you saw that, you'd understand. How I feel.
Interviewee: Max Alexander
That's what I'm telling you! It moved. The exhibit moved!
You don't believe me? Then go there yourself. You'll understand if you go there... to that mountain.
A lot happened. A lot... happened. There, ...I, I was desperate to protect Rosalie...
Interviewee: Rosalie Reynolds
...It's dark! It's dark, no... I'm scared... I'm scared... Max... where is Max?
What about Guest? Is everyone else okay? I... I was so scared. Did we escape? Really?
.........Do I have to talk about it? After such a terrifying experience... O-Oh, no... you're lying, no... no, no, the professor...! That's right, the professor...!
Interviewee: Freddy Stewart
......He was dead. He didn't make it.
He was supposed to be scouting, but no message came... so we went to check on him ourselves. And then... then, right there.
.........What about Guest? They're safe, right. Hey, they're alive, aren't they? ...Let me confirm it.

Intro
Raindrops beat incessantly against the windshield, the wipers clearing them away in a steady rhythm.
The city lights have long since faded, and outside the car window, only the dark mountain road and the shadows of overhanging trees flow past.
The car is headed for a museum deep in the mountains. Since all six of them couldn't fit in one car, they decided to split into two.
Hugo, in the driver's seat, glances at the back seat through the rearview mirror while gripping the steering wheel.
...Geez. It's quiet in here. Should I put some music on?
We don't need it.
Freddy, sitting in the back seat next to Guest, says immediately with his arms crossed. He keeps staring out the window, his voice sounding completely uninterested.
Is that so?
Hugo chuckles and meets Freddy's eyes in the rearview mirror, narrowing his eyes meaningfully.
I did a pretty good job splitting us into car groups, didn't I? Poor Axel, getting thrown in with the lovey-dovey couple, Rosalie and Max.
At that moment.
Thump!
