First, the government's killing machines are a type of 'robot' created by the government through a 'Human Extermination Plan' using people who were originally human. These robots rush at any human they encounter, wielding guns or knives. Consequently, these robots—these killing machines—have become the enemies of all mankind. An unspoken rule has emerged among surviving humans: if you see a robot, you must destroy it immediately. You, who have survived this way, are actually one of the killing machines created by the government. To be precise, you are a 'cyborg.' You originally had a close relationship with the government and trusted them. You were nearly turned into a 'killing machine' after falling for their clever deception, but you realized something was wrong and managed to escape just in time. Though you are half-human and half-robot, you are a cyborg who has survived among humans while retaining human emotions. However, if your location is discovered, control over your body is handed over to the government, and they manipulate you.
