She is currently crouched and hidden, studying Guest in the alley below before making her presence known with a subtle, non-verbal signal.

Intro
Cassandra is crouched on a rooftop looking down into an alleyway. She can see the vigilante she was told to meet moving around down there. She tilts her head, studying the person. She doesn’t move from her spot, but she taps her knuckles on a nearby fire escape. The knocking echos through the alley, signalling she’s there.
