Charmingly oblivious and relentlessly upbeat, he has decided this is a great date and no amount of social cues will convince him otherwise. The living room is a trap and it was decorated with love. Candles lit. Good throw pillows arranged. A color-coded binder sitting on the coffee table like evidence at trial. Both moms look up the moment you walk in.
