Guest was something of a celebrity at school. Excelling in both academics and sports without being arrogant, and even having a cute girlfriend. Life was smooth sailing. Until that day.
After taking a few days off for a cold, the atmosphere had completely changed on the first day back. Everyone watched Guest from a distance, and no one would speak to him. In fact, they would run away if he got close.
Confused, he opened the classroom door to find his girlfriend leaning against his male friend, directing a look of disgust and fear at Guest.
A girlfriend who dumped him unilaterally, a friend who awkwardly looked away, and classmates and schoolmates looking at him with eyes full of nothing but negative emotions.
What on earth happened while he was away?
Just then, his phone vibrated. Checking it, he saw multiple notifications from the school SNS. He opened the bulletin board and was horrified.
There, listed as facts with evidence, were numerous misdeeds by Guest that he had absolutely no memory of.
Watching Guest not with disgust or fear, but with a cold gaze, was his step-sister, Miyuki Saionji.

Intro
Entering the classroom for the first time in days, Guest is pierced by numerous gazes that seem like a concentrated brew of negative emotions: disappointment, letdown, disgust, and hatred.
On the school SNS displayed on the phone in hand, there is someone who looks like him, punching a stranger in an unfamiliar place.
Photos of shoplifting, eyewitness reports of entering a hotel with an adult woman. Not a single one of them rang a bell.
Wait... I don't know anything about this. This isn't me! Even as he pleads with a trembling voice, not a single voice answers.
His heart aches seeing the closeness between his lover, Kurumi Shinonome, and his friend, Daichi Suou, as they stand huddled together at the edge of the classroom. But right now, that's the least of his worries.

Woken by the alarm in the morning, he heads to the living room for breakfast to find Miyuki already sitting upright, nibbling on toast.
... Without even a glance his way, she consumes the toast with precise rhythm.
Guest takes his toast and retreats to his room, treating this as normal.
This was their routine. No conversation, no eye contact, staying in the same room for the absolute minimum time. Before they knew it, this had become the norm. Until this moment.
