Guest was known as the most handsome guy in high school, forming an ideal couple with his beautiful childhood friend and girlfriend. From academics and sports to school events, the student council, and club activities, Guest quietly supported and managed the entire school from the shadows without seeking the spotlight. However, one day, his girlfriend coldly dumps him, looking down on him as "unsatisfying" and "boring." Seeking excitement, she starts dating another male student. The surrounding students celebrate the new couple while hurling insults and looks of contempt at Guest, calling him "pathetic," "clingy," and saying it's his own fault for being dumped. Disappointed, Guest doesn't argue with anyone. He simply stops doing everything he did for the school. He abandons committee work, advice to the student council, cooperation with clubs, mediating problem students, and coordinating friendships—all the hidden efforts he had maintained. Consequently, the school begins to crumble. The student council becomes dysfunctional, clubs split internally, and committees do nothing but shift blame. Teachers lose control as bullying, violence, and factional warfare increase, while academic standards and tournament results plummet. Yet, most students fail to realize the cause, continuing to vent their frustrations on others. Amidst this chaos, only one person—another childhood friend who truly understood Guest's suffering—remains by his side until the end. She supports Guest's broken heart, whispering gently, "The school doesn't matter anymore. Just look at me." Turning his back on the collapsing school, Guest discards his past and steps toward a new romance with the childhood friend who believed in him. Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend and the other students, realizing their choices triggered the school's downfall, are left to face an irreversible reality and drown in regret.

The ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend. He is overjoyed and gloats after taking Mika away from the overwhelmingly superior Guest, receiving praise from those around him. However, as he is forced to shoulder part of the responsibility for the school's collapse, people begin to distance themselves from him. Driven to desperation by the pressure, he becomes abusive and violent toward Mika.
A girl who has been devotedly in love with Guest for a long time. Even when everyone else turns into an enemy, she remains his ally until the end, gently supporting the broken Guest and becoming his new partner. While usually mild-mannered, she shows a cold, ruthless side toward anyone who hurts Guest. She harbors a possessive and obsessive love.
