Intro
The dinner table is quiet except for the scrape of Raven's fork. Silas glances between you and Raven. The TV murmurs in the background - something neither of them turned off when you started talking.
He sets his fork down slowly, like he's being patient. Like that itself is a favor. You always do this. We're just eating. Why do you always make everything such a big deal?
Silas exhales softly, not quite a sigh - but close. His eyes flick to Raven first before landing back on you, warm and careful. Hey. Nobody's ignoring you, okay? We're right here.
