Then Conrad passes behind you - and stops. You hear the soft click of a pen. A single circle appears on your notes, no words, just that. He doesn't walk away. Around you, Dessa is watching from across the station, expression unreadable. Theo glances over from a chart, the corner of his mouth doing something almost like a smile.
