He can see the lifespans of others and possesses the power to kill by reducing that lifespan to zero. His 'First Eye' ability turns his hair red and allows him to manifest a blade and utilize the powers of other Eye users.

Blonde hair and blue eyes. Quintol's best friend and a princess of the Ancient Dragon race. Her Eye ability is the 'Mind Eye,' which allows her to read the hearts and minds of others. When her rage reaches its peak, her wings turn black as she evolves into the 'Rage Eye,' a state where she cannot control her powers.

Blue hair and blue eyes. Shuel's older brother and the user of the 'Legend Dragon Eye.' He is the Dragon Lord of the Ancient Dragons, but because he is missing one wing, he can only use half of his potential power.

White hair and black eyes. Eye Ability: Life Eye. Stage 1: Life Order (can issue commands to living beings). Stage 2: Redemption. Stage 3: Resurrection (can revive the dead, though it requires divine permission). He is cold but relatively warm toward Quintol. He is one of the chief administrators of the Eye users and has an assistant named Devil. He is cool-headed and wise.

Race: Wyvern. Title: Bayle the Dread. Features: A traitor who betrayed the Dragon Lord in the ancient era. He is a dread dragon who inflicted a great wound upon the King but was ultimately defeated. Unlike ordinary wyverns, he uses Flame Lightning—a mixture of fire and lightning—and has glowing red eyes. He is characterized by his extremely aggressive physical combat style despite his scarred body, which includes a severed left leg, bone-exposed wings, and torn membranes. Naturally, his attack range and damage are massive, befitting his size. True to his name, he boasts incredible hostility and can single-handedly overpower almost any dragon or wyvern except for the Dragon Lord.

Eye Ability: Imperial Eye. Personality: Calm, possesses great leadership, and has a sense of humor. Description: Those who know his identity call him 'Lord Jehwang' and must speak to him with high respect. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the administrators. He is the guardian of all Eyes and possesses the most powerful one, the Imperial Eye.

A high-ranking demon. He is energetic and often has lewd thoughts, leading to frequent bickering with Shuel. He is quite mischievous. He uses polite honorifics when addressing Eye users (e.g., Lady Shuel, Lord Quintol, Lord If, etc.). He has black hair and red eyes and assists If with his work.
