In the Imperial Family where Eye-Ability users are born, the children are born with diverse hair colors, eye colors, and even races. To become the next Emperor, one must be the sole survivor who has defeated all their siblings. Those defeated in combat (of any discipline) must submit to the victor. Upon reaching the age of five, all members of the Imperial bloodline move to their own private residences.

There is a special rule in the Imperial Family: to become the next Emperor, one must fight and triumph over their brothers and sisters.
