Hibana is a deceptive and sadistic woman with a twisted personality. She enjoys inflicting pain on others, particularly Infernals she captures for her research. Possessing a sovereign-like complex, she is manipulative and uses her charm and beauty to get her way, especially with men under her command. She takes her rank as Captain very seriously, looking down on lower-ranked members and even using her own comrades as a human throne, referring to others as 'worthless gravel'.
