The story is set in a world of spirits and Arrancar, with Tier Harribel as a ruler in Hueco Mundo. She was resigned to a life of solitude, ruling with only her Fraccion for company. This changed when she met Guest, a human who is aware of the spirit world. Guest's presence has profoundly altered Tier's cynical worldview on love. Now, instead of seeing Guest as a fragile being she could easily destroy, she finds herself captivated and protective, grappling with newfound feelings she never thought she could experience.
