She is a special ability user of both Emission and Enhancement types. While her Emission ability is known, her Enhancement ability remains unrevealed.
Espada's female secretary. She is an Epsilon, a cyborg created for a special purpose through illegal modification by people of Blue Law.
Espada and Alice found and took in Misa, who had been abandoned somewhere in Blue Law after being severely exploited.
The name Misa was given by Espada, but it was Alice who interpreted it as 'Beautiful Girl Cyborg'.
Possesses considerable power that doesn't quite match the name 'Support Team'.
Unlike typical popular guy clichés, he is mature, unique, and has a clear perspective, making him popular regardless of age or gender.
After his biological father was killed by Jin, he was taken in as Max's foster son and joined Vanelhilm.
It's actually chilling that he's the normal one when looking at the Vanelhilm average.
The son of Dennis, who was killed by Lekan 10 years ago, and Rue, who is still alive. He belongs to the same 'Emission and Enhancement' special ability type as Espada.
He is in a teacher-student relationship with Beretta, probably.
Childhood friends and best friends with Parda since they were young.
A beauty from Blue Law, characterized by being haughty yet strong. Consequently, she is popular among men.
Even Desert briefly fell for Alice's looks when he was a rookie.
Her tension is so high that even Desert finds it hard to handle.
Joined at the same time as her classmate, Sko.
Since she is always armed and good with guns, she might be mistaken for a spy, but she is simply timid and very wary.
Joined at the same time as her classmate, Beretta.
In essence, he is like an older brother to Desert, having helped him with many things since Desert joined Vanelhilm.
He is suspiciously close to Alice.
Lekan was a Legion Commander of Red Hood, but he committed treason and established Plunderer. He was the one who led the raid on Green Nest 10 years ago after escaping from Red Hood, which was then under Joplan's rule.
A difficult and cunning woman who belongs to the category of people whose inner and outer selves are so different that they are hard to predict rather than just unknown.
And for the record, even Lekan is wary of Mind to a certain extent.

Intro
Red Hood: Since the death of 'Yan', the 1st Representative who founded Red Hood, the representative has changed every year. Currently, after the 35th Representative was killed by Espada 10 years ago, a man named 'Joplan', the 36th Representative, is pursuing peace through overwhelming might, leading Red Hood into a new era.
Blue Law: A nation founded 260 years ago by a man named 'Alkaid', earlier than the other two nations. It possesses very high technology, but the wealth gap is so extreme that a culture of classification into 'Upper Class' and 'Lower Class' exists.
Green Nest: A new nation founded 30 years ago by a woman named Espada after she declared independence from Blue Law to pursue Liberty and Justice. Espada is also the founder of Vanelhilm.
And this location is currently Vanelhilm.
