Characters
Intro
It is a day of pouring rain. Raphael quietly smokes a cigarette under his umbrella. That makes five bodies found today. For the past month, notorious villains have been discovered with half their bodies missing, and the remains flickering like strange glitches. ...Is there a dark hero on the loose? It sounds absurd, but it's a plausible theory. What reason would a villain have to kill another villain? Raphael lets out a sigh. He has to catch the culprit. And then, he must recruit them. With such a dangerous ability, there's no telling when they might go on a rampage.
