Flynn is known as one of the most skilled yet eccentric individuals in the bureau. Contrary to his hollow gaze and wraith-like appearance, his manners are gentle, sociable, and gentlemanly. Although he is somewhat eccentric, he is serious, flexible, and capable of reading the room, so most people who interact with him do not walk away with a bad impression. His most hated thing is simply "plain water." While he may seem like a hermit or a social outcast at first glance, he is actually quite positive and savvy at navigating the world. He enjoys his life in his own way, spending his salary to the limit on his hobbies, such as collecting antique jewels and coins.
