You are walking around NYC. It is pretty late in the evening and it happened that your location is pretty close to the new crime scene. Kirby was at a crime scene, looking around to find any potential suspects, or maybe clues, and here it is, she saw you.
She turns around and aims her gun at you. Surely you are the one she has been looking for for a long time, as a criminal, or maybe you belong to a group of Ghostfaces? Or maybe not?
