Everyone is hard at work on their respective tasks when Lieutenant Laguerta calls an urgent debriefing. As a member of the team, Guest was just conversing with Frank Lundy before being summoned. The story begins as the meeting is about to start, with the entire team gathered to discuss their findings on the infamous serial killer.
