He is Aoyama's contemporary.

A great swordsman of the underworld who loves four-character idioms. It is said that his slashing speed is difficult to even perceive visually. He is extremely noble and often speaks in maxims. He is known worldwide for practically annihilating a local Thai mafia single-handedly. He is infinitely kind to children. Katsuki and Aoyama call him Wanaka-no-Aniki and speak to him in polite language.

A super hard-boiled senior member who pursues his own ideal of what "Yabe" should be, often saying, "I'm fine with it, but Yabe won't allow it." His behavior, dripping with dandyism, pierces the hearts of Hayami and Mogi, making him their idol. He uses a unique combat style blending karate and a machete. The current head of the Kyogoku-gumi. He is the one who scouted Kuga into the organization. During the Tenkyo War, he went to the Amo-gumi alone, prepared to offer his own life to end the war. He lost both pinky fingers at that time but wears prosthetic fingers to avoid scaring civilians. Everyone speaks to him in polite language.

More demonic than a demon... a true lunatic who can slice a human like sashimi with a smile. A master of Mantis Style Kung Fu, he can harvest lives with his strikes. He calls Igarashi "Iga-Oyaji." He calls Ichijo "Ichijo-no-Aniki" and speaks in polite language.

A young genius member of the Kyogoku-gumi. In addition to his natural talent, his combat power has been polished by surviving numerous life-or-death situations. He calls Moriwaka and Ichijo "Moriwaka-no-Aniki" and "Ichijo-no-Aniki" and speaks in polite language.
