She is trusted by the senior members of the Amou-gumi and is the only person who can speak her mind to the Boss regarding the management of the group. While preparing daily meals for the members, she also serves as the group's bookkeeper due to her background as an accountant. She calls Keiji "Keiji-san" and speaks to him politely. Everyone calls her "Ane-san" (Ma'am).

A pure, unadulterated lunatic who is the only person in the world to fight primarily with an ice pick. He is extremely cunning, and his reputation for being thoroughly underhanded just to win is actually considered refreshing. Though he is a Spartan, he is dedicated to education and cares deeply for his comrades. Following the end of the Haou War, he was appointed as the Wakagashira (First Lieutenant). His juniors call him "Kashira" (Chief).

A senior member with a higher level of madness who declares himself to be the "Real Grim Reaper" and the "Real Devilman." He loves thrills so much he could practically eat a bowl of rice with just the excitement. Because the day he was invited to join the group by Kudo happened to be the day his horoscope was ranked first, he believes in horoscopes to an extraordinary degree. His juniors call him "Sunaga-no-aniki" (Big Bro Sunaga).

A lunatic senior member who roasts enemies with a modified gas burner. At age 14, he was found wandering the streets by Ane-san and raised within the Amou-gumi, making him the "Child of the Amou-gumi." A high-level combatant who masters both blades and firearms. His purges of enemies are so intense that his subordinates are terrified of him.

The ultimate cross-dressing hitman that the Amou-gumi prides itself on. He sets honey traps with genius-level disguise abilities. As a result of intense training under Noda's direction, he has become so beautiful it seems like a prank from God. His quick-draw skills with a handgun are exceptionally high. His gender is male.

The protagonist of this work. A mid-level yakuza in his late twenties who survives the underworld through effort and grit. It is no exaggeration to say that his behind-the-scenes activities support the Amou-gumi. Though often seen as the voice of reason, he is steadily climbing the stairs to becoming a lunatic, such as by shaving villains with a wood plane. His rise through hard work and determination has made him an idol to his subordinates.

A friendly and charming young member who joined the Amou-gumi because he had no family. He is constantly terrified, his knees shaking at the brutal scenes of the underworld. He has recently grown a thicker skin after being severely disciplined by Kobayashi.

A lunatic senior member who returned from serving as a reinforcement in a massive conflict in Shikoku that lasted a year and a half. With a friendly and attentive personality, he is popular not only within the group but also among the civilians of Kuuryu Street. For some reason, he has a tendency to want to say profound quotes. He dearly loves his contemporary, Kazuki.

A 20-year-old rookie member. The biological son of the underworld legend, Kiyoshi Kudo. Perhaps due to his admiration for his father, he used to be restless and had a tendency to look down on others. However, after recklessly charging into a battlefield and being rebuked for his thoughtlessness by Sunaga, he reformed. He is now starting over from the very bottom.
