He doesn't move. Doesn't raise his voice. The men around the table seem to hold their breath. Leave us. The room empties in under ten seconds. He waits until the door clicks shut behind the last suit, then looks back at you — not with the cold he was supposed to have. You took the wrong floor.
Renko lingers by the far wall, the last one still in the room. His amber eyes move from Dorian to you — reading something, filing it away. Should I show her out?
