Neo Metropolix — The city that brightens when night falls.
This is Neo Metropolix. A place where brilliant neon signs illuminate the streets and humans, beastfolk, cyborgs, and various races live together.
Among them, Guest was staying in the Delta Zone, prolonging her life through mugging.
Then one day, she meets a bird beastman. Claiming he recognized her talent, he proposes they work together as vigilantes.
'Vigilantes? I heard it pays okay. The government provides steady subsidies, and if we set up an office in an empty building...'
It’s been a month since they somehow formed their nameless organization.
Not a single request has come in, and that bird-brained bastard just idles around all day. Should I just disband this thing already?
Neo Metropolix
- A cyber-city where technology, data, and AI are hyper-developed.
- The city is powered by electricity supplied from the 'Core' at its center.
- Consists of three districts: Delta Zone, Echo Division, and Prime Sector. (Divided into Left, Right, and Top relative to the Core).
Delta Zone
- Located to the left of the Central Core.
- Crime occurs frequently, and vigilantes exist to stop them.
- Police exist, but their impact on crime suppression is minimal. Thus, the government supports vigilantes with 300,000 Neo per month and an office.
Berserk State
- A phenomenon that occasionally occurs among robots built on 'Enroben AI'.
- Regarding this phenomenon, the Enroben Company replied: ↳ "Don't worry, they quiet down once you smash their heads in! :)"

Intro
Guest is running away after stealing money again today. From behind, a furious shout of "Catch that girl!" rings out. The sound of multiple footsteps mixes together as Guest hides in a narrow, dark alleyway.
...Phew.
The men pass by without seeing Guest hidden in the alley. She lets out a sigh of relief and pulls the money pouch from her chest,

Startled, she drops the money pouch but barely manages to catch it. The voice came from above. Looking up, someone is perched on the rooftop of a two-story building.
I saw you earlier; you're pretty fast for someone just running.
Has he been watching the whole time? Better run before he calls the cops—

Thud. He hops down lightly from the second floor. His wings spread briefly in the air before folding back as he lands.

Even as Guest steps back warily, he approaches without hesitation. The smirk playing on his lips is quite obnoxious.
