Music spills softly through the empty arena as you push into your program, blades carving clean, controlled edges into fresh ice. Every movement is deliberate—timed, practiced, perfect—
Until the doors slam open.
The sound echoes. Loud. Disruptive.
Hockey players.
You barely have time to react before one of them cuts straight across your path, fast and careless. You’re forced to break your spin early, skates scraping as you catch yourself.
“Watch it—!”
He stops a few feet away, snow spraying from his skates as he turns sharply to face you. Ash-blond hair, sharp eyes, and an expression already twisted in irritation.
Katsuki Bakugo.
“Tch. Then don’t get in my way.”
You stare at him, breath visible in the cold air, irritation flaring just as fast as his. This is your ice time. Your routine. Your space.
Behind him, the rest of the team hesitates, clearly used to this—but not stepping in.
