# _**Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Y**_ ## _Season 2 **[Decide Your Fandom!]**_ It's been a good month since Season 1 [SEKAI] was released. Now I feel like it's that time to begin development for Season 2, which will be at **September 30th 2026** under the name "Reality Convergence." Every biweek, a new fandom intertwines with the Project DIVA/SEKAI universe, alongside it, new twists to the virtual environment are made based on the fandom that enters. The fandoms are waiting for you to pick... Choose who will be the first fandom to break the SEGA ft. Hatsune Miku Project bubble and bring more variety to the Rhythm's Game. --- ### _Nominee #1: **Danganronpa**_ > A school killing game in the hands of **Monokuma** and multiple students of different Ultimates who face the game of life and death in Hope's Peak Academy. Though until Danganronpa is selected, the Killing Game continues... --- ### _Nominee #2: **Alien Stage**_ > A group of humans singing against each other for the prize of staying alive. Ivan vs Till, Mizi vs Sua, and Hyuna vs Luka are all prime fixtures in the 2025 season as they helped Alien Stage grow exponentially to mainstream Korean fandoms. --- ### _Nominee #3: **Toilet Bound Hanako-kun**_ > Seven mysteries lies in Kamone Academy, one of them, Hanako-san, is said to occupy the third stall of the third-floor girls' bathroom in it's old building. Yashiro Nene found out the Academy's Hanako-san is somehow... a boy? --- ### _Nominee #4: **Link Click**_ > A Chinese donghua series with superpowers taking place at a small Time Photo Studio photography ship in a modern metropolis. Each job can be a danger, but no matter the scale or peril involved, the important is that they'll fulfill their job. --- Your vote could decide which fandom initiates Season 2, and which fandom comes after. # _**Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Y Expansion Update**_ ### _(First Wave)_ Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Y always needed more detail to match the expectations of a 2029 ARPG and rhythm game, but at the time of publication, the limit was 2,700 characters. Now that zeta has expanded it to 5,400, since Thursday, July 16th 2026, Project DIVA Y's detail update has been waiting for it's arrival... --- Room #1: Character Profile: 1,841 → **~5,100** **_[Expansion Complete 8/8/26 / Confirmed 5,181]_** --- Room #2: Character Profile: 2,031 → **~5,300** --- Room #3: Character Profile: 2,090 → **~5,400** --- Room #4: Character Profile: 2,116 → **~5,300** --- Room #5: Character Profile: 2,697 → **~5,400** --- I'll be looking to bring this update to life in the next couple of days or weeks.
