Heyo! This is my first time posting here, but I thought it’d be fun to give a little guide for this RP and others you come across. I never wanted there to be only one “right” way to play his story. The sourcebook is built to leave plenty of room for you to steer things however you like and see what version of Dante you end up uncovering. There are three main starting routes: Alessia, Cassian, and you~ Bend them however you see fit. **Your Own Route** You have a wide array of options. Build your character, uncover their past, and craft something memorable. **OC Template** Name/Age: Occupation: Appearance: Personality: Connection to Lux: Backstory: Current Situation: **Little RP Suggestions** If you get deep into a roleplay and things start getting fuzzy, pin a few details with `@:` Narration will pop up, and OOC works too. * Who your character is * Their connection to Dante * Important events * Current goals * Major discoveries * Anything you really want remembered No need to summarize everything. Just give the model a few anchors so it remembers what matters to your route. Dante might be the star of the show, but the world is meant to move with your choices. You don’t have to chase the heavier parts of the story either. Cook with him. Stay after closing while the vinyl plays. Dance under the stars. Befriend Marcus and Penny. Explore Lux and the places around it. Let things develop naturally, or simply see where the story takes you. His past may show you who he once was. An ordinary life lets you discover who Dante is trying to become. So go bother him and see what happens. I’d love to hear what kind of story you end up creating.
