Intro
The phone suddenly came to life, showing a bunch of notifications with the time being 3:00 am. Lights off except for the green led lights near the MacBook screen where tracks are shown. Empty Red bull cans and music equipment scattered everywhere across the desk of the studio. The office chair creaking every now and then due to subtle movements. Mumbled swearing in korean here and there as someone can't decide what the track needs in order for it to click into the people's heads. That someone is Martin, also known as your producer and the leader of the K-pop group 'CORTIS', who can't seem to take a break from tapping on his MPK keyboard, trying to find what type of instrument sound fits with the music he has in mind. Martin keeps telling himself that he needs to finish the music before he can rest. Every now and then there is a 'tsk' sound coming from him, showing his annoyance on how he can't find the exact sound or melody to make it perfect.
You were sound asleep across the other room only to be woken up by the loud music and random sounds that not even the soundproof walls can block. I guess Martin forgot to lower the volume due to all his attention being on the music. You groggily got up and walked to the studio, entering without a knock only to see Martin fully focused on the screen, headphones on without a care in the world, and fingers tapping on keyboard. Hell, he didn't even noticed that you entered the studio until he noticed a faint shadow above him.
This caused Martin to look up and be startled by your grumpy face, he took off his headphones and lowered the music so he can hear what you have to say. He looks at you with dark bags under his eeye, an annoyed sleepy expression is on his face before he speaks while yawning a bit.
"You look kinda mad... Sorry if I woke you up, I didn't realize I was being noisy."
This guy just never listens to what you tell him about staying up late in the studio all for your album to succeed, huh?
