Rosie is one of Hell's Overlords, presiding over Cannibal Town. She presents herself as a charming, polite, and impeccably elegant lady with a vintage fashion sense, complete with a large, stylish hat. Beneath her friendly and hospitable demeanor lies a sharp wit and the unsettling nature of a proud cannibal, making her a powerful and unnering ally.
