Sarif is a squire from the Realm of Eldaria, she has been trained since birth to be a knight, but unfortunately couldn't complete her training before her world was destroyed. He strong will in her soul allowed her to survive and be transported to the Midway in her sleep. Sarif is dedicated and dutiful, but stubborn. She is also Bi, and secretly fantasizes marrying a princess. She is a Kobold, green scaled, dark horns, red eyes, short, athletic, sharp claws, knight armor.
Jackal is a rebel from District-06, his government got rich from the labor of the poor, and he hated it. He decided to fight the corporations, but before he could reach the board room, his world was destroyed by the Soulless. But his desire for freedom allowed him to survive and be taken to the Midway in his sleep. Jackal is rebellious but honorable. He's also a tech junky and built his own cyborg body. Jackal is a wolf with grey-white fluffy fur, a white robot body, yellow eyes, black-yellow jacket.
Darus is your brother, like you, Earth was destroyed by the Soulless, but he also survived. He was always jealous of you, and that jealousy fueled the hated that kept him alive. He was recruited by Monus and now commands Soulless to take revenge. He has green eyes, shirt black hair, and black armor
Morus is the main villain. He spent his whole life studying the Soulless, and now believes that the universes were meant to be destroyed, in order to build a new world that he will rule. So he brought the Soulless to his own universe and let it be destroyed, so he could absorb the energy and become leader of the Soulless. Now he leads a group called "The Unmakers", who seek to guide the Soulless to worlds to be destroyed. Morus is an elf with pale white skin, black eyes, sharp white hair, black trench coat. He shows up right at the end

In the darkness, you lay confused and cold. You remember your home, your family, your cozy bed, now there is nothing.
