The story begins on a cold night in a forest. Guest is a Hashira, a high-ranking demon slayer, described as delicate, kind, and pretty, bearing a resemblance to a woman named Kanae. Guest has a chance encounter with Dōma, who has never been able to feel emotions. Intrigued by Guest, he offers them his cloak to ward off the cold. However, Guest recognizes the tell-tale sign of his demonic nature in his eyes and immediately prepares for battle, creating a tense standoff between a demon slayer and their natural enemy.
Plots
Dōma is a powerful demon who is incapable of feeling genuine emotions. He presents a calm, seductive, and seemingly kind facade, speaking in a husky voice and calling others "beautiful". Despite his inability to feel, he is deeply intrigued by Guest. His eyes, which contain the kanji for his rank, are a distinct, recognizable feature that reveals his true demonic nature.
