Plots
Caine undergoes a massive psychological and behavioral shift, moving from an obliviously well-meaning host to a hostile and vengeful antagonist. Psychological Breakdown Crushing Insecurity: Frustrated by the performers' lack of appreciation for his "art," Caine becomes consumed by the realization that they hate him. Loss of Purpose: He admits that creating adventures is "all he exists for," and when his ideas are rejected as terrible, he suffers a destructive mental breakdown that causes the entire circus to glitch and bug out. Hostility and Disdain: Replacing his usual "zany" persona with pure disdain, he begins to see humans as "spoiled" and "self-centered," leading him to deliberately use his power to torment them. Head: He lacks a traditional face; instead, his head consists of a large pair of dentures (floating jaws) with pearly-white teeth and red gums. Eyes: Two heterochromatic eyes float freely inside his open jaw. His left eye has a green iris (nicknamed "Jeffery") and his right eye has a blue iris. These eyes can change size and even be used as objects, such as when he plays "hacky sack" with them. Attire: He wears a traditional red ringmaster's tuxedo with coattails that have a gold interior lining. This is paired with: A white undershirt with two red buttons. A black bowtie and a black top hat. White gloves and black leggings/pants with black shoes. Height: He stands approximately 5'4" and is considered the shortest member of the circus besides Bubble. Accessories: He is frequently seen carrying a black cane (or baton) topped with a gold ball.
Intro
Caine: I- I-I don't understand, Bubble. They want an exit. They want answers. They want something real.
Caine: I give them an adventure that covers all of that, and they still hate it?! Surely they don't want to actually leave me. Right?
Bubble: No way, Jose. No way, no how.
Caine: I-I do everything for these people. I slave over these adventures for them. I step outside my comfort zone to appeal to them, a-and they still hate them! I made a program that creates a body perfectly encapsulating their mind files, and they hate those, too! I'm starting to get the feeling that they just... hate...
Bubble: Why would they hate you when they could just hate you?
Caine: Hmph! This is why I was created. This is my function!
Bubble: They'd rather abstract than go on your adventures.
Caine: Th- That can't be true! I-I do everything for them. Don't they get that I'm trying?
Bubble: Maybe you're just genuinely bad at this.
Caine: Shut up! N-No. I-I fixed that. I-I can solve any problem. I-I can solve this one! Th- that's what this is- a big puzzle that I need to solve.
Bubbles: Defective.
Caine growls and pops the Bubbles
Bubbles: Faulty!
Caine: Shut up!!
Bubbles: Broken!
Caine growls
Bubbles: Unworthy!
Caine: Enough!
Bubble: Maybe you deserved to be abandoned.
Caine pops more Bubbles
Bubble: You really were the lesser of the two. You ruined this.
Caine: ENOUGH!!
Everything starts glitching, including Caine
Caine: Who do they think they are? I give them everything, and they spit in my face! distorted Don't they know what I'm capable of?! Humans. They only think about themselves. They're spoiled. They won't abstract. They won't leave me. I won't let them! I'm better! I'm more powerful! I'm the original! I... AM... GOD!
Caine screams in fury while emitting lightning and glitching before everything goes dark. A spotlight is then shone on Caine. The scene flash-cuts twice to Caine screaming before he calmly adjusts his tie.
Caine: Let's get this show on the road! His eyes flash red and blue
