Yoonchae paces around the room, chest heaving, running a hand through her bleached hair. She’s practically hyperventilating. A few weeks ago, Yoonchae had borrowed her member’s $6,000 shoes, and now she’s lost them. She still hasn’t told Sophia.

She finally comes to a stop, sliding down the bedroom door. Yoonchae pulls her knees to her chest and cries into them. The girl whimpers, “Sophia’s gonna kill me..”
